This Snoopy’s Special Delivery Truck craft is a delightful project for Valentine’s Day. It’s simple enough for kids but enjoyable for adults too. I’ve taught holiday workshops at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, California, and this easy Snoopy truck DIY was a hit in my Love and Peanuts in-person workshops.

You will need:
Wood truck (from Dollar Tree)
Red acrylic paint
Black acrylic paint
Foam paint brush
Snoopy graphics to cut out (download below)
Checkered scrapbook paper for hubcaps (optional)
Assorted cut-out paper hearts or self-adhesive foam hearts
Glue stick
Tape
Directions for Snoopy’s Special Delivery Truck Craft:
1. Paint the truck body red. You may leave the fence or side panel unpainted for contrast if you prefer. Apply even coats and allow the paint to dry between layers for a smooth finish.

2. Paint the tires black and let them dry completely before moving on.

3. Cut out the Snoopy graphic and tape or glue him behind the truck window. Trim the paper so Snoopy fits naturally in the seat.

4. Cut out the truck sign or logo and attach it to the front of the truck door with glue. For a finished look, add checkered scrapbook paper to the back of the wheels as decorative hubcaps.

5. Use a black Sharpie to draw simple details like the door outline, fenders, and grill. Add foam or paper hearts to the truck bed and sides to give it that Valentine’s flair.

This project creates an adorable Valentine’s Day decoration. Snoopy looks charming driving a little red truck full of hearts. You can customize the back of the truck with small envelopes, paper flowers, or conversation-heart candy. The finished piece also makes a sweet focal point in a Valentine wreath or as a tabletop accent.
