Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Desiccated Coconut Unsweetened
  • 1/2 Cup Salted Butter Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Erythritol

Instructions

  1. Place the desiccated coconut into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and stir in the erythritol until combined.
  3. Combine the three ingredients thoroughly. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the tin to form an even top. Freeze for about an hour, slice, and enjoy.
