How to Make Strawberry Agua Fresca
- Place washed, hulled strawberries and ½ cup (120 ml) water in a blender and puree until smooth.
- If you prefer a seed-free drink, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add ice, the remaining cold water (about 2 to 3 cups / 480–720 ml depending on desired strength), and granulated sugar if using. Blend or stir until sugar dissolves and the mixture is well combined.
- Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Instructions
